Yes, I'm still alive, and I remembered I had a real Livejournal, instead of just for RP.

So I was looking at my NaNo from last November and my attempts to edit, and I was wondering... if I put the chapters up on my LJ, would people want to read it?

New layout again. I finally got rid of the NaNo stuff.

I finished the third series of Kyou Kara Maou! finally, after it's been out, what a year? I feel somewhat inspired to fic about it again, but effort. Oh. My. God. If my pairing was any more canon. GAH STOP IT WITH THE UST.

My Japan trip is a little over a month away and I'm so excited to go see Emily! ^_^ It's going to be really fun, I hope.

I still haven't found a job other than the grocery store. It will soon be two years since I graduated, and nothing. Screw you, economy. Screw you.

Got back from a weekend in Cbus just tonight. I wish I'd gotten to spend more time with Fru but my family was being stupid. I talked about it with Mom and we just feel like my Aunt and Uncle (mom's sister and brother-in-law) are just annoyed with us for some reason. They were the ones who invited us to go on the Wine Trail with them, but they acted like it was such a burden to have us along. We didn't really do anything to bother them, but they're just so into themselves it's like they don't want us around. Well fine, we won't do stuff with them anymore if it's that much of a hassle.

Also, XM Christmas music stations can DIAF. There appear to only be 4 Christmas songs, sung by various people each time, that they play over and over again. Argh. As a retail slave, I know all too well how sucky 24hr Christmas music playing can get.

Since I'm not writing much fic anymore and I really want to, I am hereby offering to fulfill requests as sort of a present thing for those who would like them. Just give me the fandom, pairing, rating, and a prompt, and I will try to gift it to you before the 25th. It's something I feel I can do for my fandom friends since fff I suck at art.

I mainly write Saiyuki and Kyou Kara Maou! but I can branch off into other things if you so desire.

I finished my 50,000 words for NaNoWriMo! The story is far from finished, but I figure that these 50k finish off "Part I." How many parts will there be? I have no idea. Maybe 3? That sounds right.

I'm really proud of myself. I told myself when this started that I would be happy if I got 30k. Then 40k. But I plugged along and here I am, with a neat little certificate and a new icon. XD

NaNo has renewed my desire to write fic again. I've been away for nearly two years and that's inexcusable. Perhaps my RP life is running down into something manageable (no more 5-6 characters per game) and I'll be able to get back into it.

I'm almost at 24,000 words for NaNo, and I really like my story idea and the direction things are going. It's making me realize how much I miss fic and how RP has taken nearly two years away from my stories :\ Not that it's a bad thing, but I can't seem to do both.

I'm losing inspiration at Riv. I barely post anymore, even though I have awesome CR with people. On the other hand, I hardly have any CR at Edensphere, yet I'm logged in there almost twice as much.

Hakkai got booted, even though I swear I said I was dropping him in December. I need to get going on his goodbye log. >> Youji isn't fairing much better, and I haven't been watching Bleach, so I have no idea what I'm doing with Renji. Spidey just... doesn't have anything to do.

I don't want to disappoint the people I've made friends with. But I don't know how to make myself more into it again.

I'm going to be slow on my RP responses, and I've hiatused from the TCG for the month of November, as I'll be doing National Novel Writing Month. I'll be posting updates on my story for this month. I also changed my layout to go with my new default icon.

If I post on any other topic that's not a matter of life or death, ask me why I'm not writing.

I hate when I have to do this. It's been over a month since one of the jobs I applied for closed, and no decision made, so I had to e-mail the coordinator HR person and I hate doing that. I feel like I'm intruding, or they're just going to read it as a whiny kid going "WHY DIDN'T YOU GIVE ME THIS JOB YET?!?!" when really, I just want to know if I should still keep waiting on it or save myself the agony and keep looking elsewhere. I must have edited 5 times.

I've been so excited about Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 that I actually preordered the game. It came in today, so I went down to Gamestop (my new BFF that texts me when things are ready @_@) and picked it up.

I'm loving it so far. The Wii version is pretty different from what I've seen of the PS3 and 360 versions, and the controls aren't too hard to handle once you figure everything out. I'm still in the "Prologue" thing, invasion of Latveria.

Currently, my party consists of Spider-Man (who were you expecting?), Wolverine, Hulk, and Deadpool (who is kinda sneaking into my top 5 faves list). Being the 4th wall-breaker he is, he heckles me when I accidentally kill him. XD "You let that guy beat me?!"

I haven't explored the fusions very much, but I think my favorite of what I've seen so far is Spider-Man and Deadpool's fusion, which seems to involve DP shooting a crapload of bullets and Spidey webbing them to multiple targets. All of Hulk's seem to be centered around throwing the other person around.

I almost finished Harry Potter before I started this new game, but this is much shinier and so far, a lot less frustrating. In HP, the Wii remote has trouble sensing the different manuevers for the different spells and I end up casting Protego instead of.. well, pretty much everything else.

Ahaha... guess what, I'm still alive. Saiyuki Kink Meme dragged me out of hibernation.
